Role Overview
As an Intermediate Architect, you will play a central role in developing design and construction documents for large-scale projects, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will contribute to design reviews, technical problem-solving, and project coordination, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of design phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design and construction documents using Revit for projects 50,000–1M+ SF

  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure consistency and quality

  • Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving discussions

  • Support site observation, submittal review, and construction administration tasks

  • Contribute to the studio's dialogue and culture of continuous learning

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture, with preference given to mixed-use/multifamily projects

  • Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of building systems

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to working collaboratively in an in-person studio environment
