Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist / Marketing Assistant to join a well-known architecture company based in Central London.

 

The Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist / Marketing Assistant will be responsible for promoting the Practice and its projects in line with the Marketing & Communications Strategies.

 

The successful Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist / Marketing Assistant will ideally have Knowledge and/or passion for architecture and the built environment and have used Adobe InDesign.

 

Package

  • £30,000 - £40,000 Dependent on experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Together with the marketing manager, you will plan and organise the content of the company's annual marketing and communication goals, social media, company-organized and attended events, and award submissions.
  • Assist the Management Team with their LinkedIn profiles – this includes social media posts, up to date profiles and overall consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain portfolios for clients.
  • Coordinate all project photography with assistance from project architects and Marketing Manager.
  • Day to day management of website.
  • Coordinate PR meetings with external PR agency, alongside Directors.
  • Plan, create and deliver effective Social Media content plans, considering the channel-specific requirements, organisation objectives, and community members with the support of the Marketing Manager.

 

Requirements Include:

  • Experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Assistant, Content Creator, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, or similar.
  • Prior experience working within the architecture and the built environment.
  • Enjoys building internal relationships and collaborating, has confidence speaking to staff and external consultants all levels, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in digital media.
  • Adobe InDesign is essential, Photoshop, Premier Pro and Illustrator desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn essential.
  • Commutable to Central London.
