Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Manager – Valves
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager is required to join a leading distributor and supplier of industrial valves and flow control equipment.
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager will come from a mechanical or industrial sales background, with proven experience in valve sales and exposure to industrial markets such as Power, Pulp & Paper, Municipal Water, and Chemical Processing.
This role is based out of Southern Georgia or Northern Florida, covering the local territory and focusing on industrial sectors.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager Role
Covering Southern Georgia and Florida, managing and developing an existing client base while also bringing on new profitable customers.
Selling a wide range of valves and flow control products to contractors, OEMs, end users, and distributors.
Identifying and acquiring new market potential.
Liaising with internal sales teams and engineering support where required.
Working with various industries such as Power Generation (fossil, biomass, renewable), Pulp & Paper, Municipal Water & Wastewater, Chemical & Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage Processing, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Mining & Metals, and General Industrial Manufacturing.
Travel will be required within the local territory (GA/FL), with minimal requirements outside of the region.
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager Requirements
Experience as Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Manager / Internal Sales Engineer.
Proven background in valve sales
Experience working in external sales serving industries such as Power, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals, Municipal, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Pharma, Mining, and General Industry.
Strong local network and ability to leverage existing client relationships.
Must be located in Southern Georgia or Florida, in cities such as Valdosta, Tallahassee or Jacksonville.
An engineering qualification would be beneficial but not essential – experience and industry knowledge are more important.
