OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – MIDWEST REGION
Location: Remote within the Midwest (IA, KS, MO, SD, ND, NE, MN, CO, WY)

Outside Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager required to join a leading manufacturer of advanced compressed air and gas treatment solutions.

This company designs and manufactures high-performance air and gas treatment systems, including filters, dryers, condensate management, and gas-generation units, trusted by OEMs and integrators in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, medical, and electronics.

As part of ongoing growth, they’re seeking two technically minded Sales Representatives to drive business development and strengthen OEM and distribution partnerships across the Midwest region. Full training will be provided, and candidates from any background in rotating equipment, hydraulics, or pneumatics sales are encouraged to apply.

Outside Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales
Package:

  • $75,000 to $100,000 base with uncapped commissions 
  • 401k and benefits package
  • Remote role with autonomy over territory strategy and account development

Outside Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow OEM sales channels across the Midwest, engaging with machine builders, equipment manufacturers, and integrators.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and production teams to identify opportunities for compressed air and gas treatment integration.
  • Present technical solutions across the product range — including filters, dryers, condensate management systems, and nitrogen/oxygen generators.
  • Identify new business opportunities through direct OEM outreach and channel partners.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, technical quotations, and application-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product management teams to support customer-specific requirements and custom skid packages.
  • Attend trade shows, customer demonstrations, and industry events to represent the brand and promote solutions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience ideally within compressed air systems, gas generation, or industrial filtration.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and developing new business pipelines.
• Candidates from any background in rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar technical fields are encouraged to apply.
