Panel Assembler / Wireman / Electrical Technician required to join a leading industrial systems provider specializing in high-performance HVAC systems, electrical controls, and automation solutions based in Houston.
Panel Assembler / Wireman / Electrical Technician will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical panels and subassemblies for a wide range of industrial systems, including advanced HVAC control systems, automation panels, and power distribution units.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, specifically with electrical wiring and panel assembly.

Panel Assembler / Wireman / Electrical Technician Role
• Prepare for assembly by studying instructions, blueprints, control and power wiring diagrams, and parts lists; gathering parts, tools, subassemblies, and materials.
• Install, move, and modify related equipment per job specifications and standards.
• Plan the most efficient wiring routes to minimize material loss.
• Label and tag components according to job specifications.
• Complete tasks within allotted hours with minimal to no rework.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Document actions through production and quality forms.
• Operate a forklift to transport supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Panel Assembler / Wireman / Electrical Technician Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of electrical wiring experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools (screwdrivers, wire cutters, crimpers, drills, etc.).
• Ability to calculate quantities of materials and use calculators/computers.
