QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager required to join a global, leading engineering manufacturer based in Stoke.
QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager shall ensure top product quality, reduce customer returns, manage the Quality Management System (QMS), and maintain ISO certifications (9001, 45001, 14001) for a leading filter manufacturer. The role also oversees health, safety, environmental policies, and facilities, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will ideally have experience in leading Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies, managing QMS within manufacturing/engineering, and proficiency in ISO standards and quality tools to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

- Lead and implement Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies.
- Manage the Quality budget and be accountable for all financial matters relating to Quality, Health & Safety and Environment.
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
- Manage health and safety protocols, including ISO 45001 and fire safety.
- Implement and maintain the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
- Handle customer returns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Office based in Stoke.
QHSE Manager / Quality Manager / Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Requirements
- Experience in leading and managing Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental strategies, including overseeing the Quality budget and financial accountability.
- Proven experience in managing a Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience within textile, filtration, or similar industrial production environments is highly desirable.
