A Quality Manager is required for a reputable brand located in West Sussex. This organisation have high standards when it comes to the quality of their product, and they are looking for somebody who can come in and maintain the standards they have set and are known to uphold over the years.

Salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience

Hybrid working.

33 days holiday including bank holidays

37.5 hour working week.

Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products and packaging meet Quality, Safety and Legal standards prior to launch.
• Work closely with manufacturers to ensure they are adhering to relevant quality standards depending on the product.
• Manage the technical files for each range of products.
• Work closely with other members of the supply chain and manufacturing teams.
• Perform product inspections
• Maintain the QMS
• Continuously review quality and safety standards to ensure the business remains compliant.

Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager type position.
• Experience working for a Manufacturer with a Far East supply chain.
• Experience within ceramics, fabric or general engineering industry.
• Previous experience working for an organisation shipping across the EU will be beneficial.
• Any professional qualifications will be beneficial.
