We are seeking a Business Development Manager, East U.S. to join our North American Sales Team. In this role, you will focus on building, managing, and expanding our Applied Rep network of partner companies. The Business Development Manager, East U.S. will promote innovative HVAC systems solutions to engineers, contractors, and end users, ensuring that our products become the preferred basis of design. Success in this role depends on teamwork, customer-centricity, and a passion for delivering HVAC system solutions.
Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager, East U.S.:

Lead efforts to gain market share for air curtains and other products within the HVAC industry.

Manage and grow revenue within the existing Applied Rep network.

Provide training on product features and benefits, helping our network understand the advantages of our products.

Support and enhance the Applied Rep strategy to take greater market share.

Educate and promote the Business Development Manager, East U.S.’s product offerings to engineers, contractors, and architects.

Conduct joint presentations and meetings, either in-office or virtually, to build relationships and influence product adoption.

Occasionally participate in site visits to walk through HVAC solutions with customers.

Develop quotations and designs for HVAC projects as needed.

Provide feedback and market intelligence to support continuous growth and improvement.
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager, East U.S.:

At least 5 years of experience gaining product basis of design/specifications with engineers and architects.

Minimum 5 years in technical sales within the HVAC industry, with the ability to communicate and educate on complex technical concepts.

A degree in engineering is required.

Experience managing a network of HVAC Applied Reps is preferred.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience with industrial and hospitality buildings/applications is an advantage.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
