Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 depending on experience

We are searching for an experienced Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer to join a highly regarded manufacturer of press systems for the powder metallurgy and ceramics industries.
Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage key relationships with customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico to support growth.
- Manage a team of Inside and Outside Sales Engineers, set targets and goals and provide training and support to drive career growth.
- Provide and recommend technical parts and press solutions to customers ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Execute regional sales plans, manage budgets, and provide regular market and performance updates.
Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience using a range of industrial press systems for handling metal powder and ceramic materials is advantageous.
- Strong background selling industrial press systems, hydraulic presses, compacting presses, powder presses, automatic presses or similar machinery or services within manufacturing.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored hydraulic and forming press solutions.
- Experienced building and maintaining customer relationships in the powder metallurgy and ceramics sectors.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Pennsylvania.
