The Sales Co-ordinator / Sales Support / Administrator will be the first point of contact within the dynamic and active sales team.
Package
£26,000 - £28,000
25 days excluding bank holidays but including company shutdown at Christmas.

Role
Processing sales orders from the point of receipt to the point of stock allocation and picking paperwork.
Returning incoming calls.
KPI collation and general data entering.
Call clients again after they make sales orders.
Customer support, such as stock inquiries and delivery status updates.
Requirements
solid experience with Sage accounting software or similar
Prior customer service experience would be beneficial.
Comfortable talking on the phone with our customers.
Excellent and confident communication skills.
Must be able to travel to Exeter for work.
Attend trade shows as required.
