
Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager – Pumps & Process Equipment
The successful Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager will be responsible for new business development and key account management with major customers across Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin. This is a developed territory with significant existing accounts in refineries, chemical plants, pipeline, OEMs, and water treatment, with strong growth opportunities in Central Texas (Austin/San Antonio).
We’re seeking a Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager with pump sales experience (preferred), or alternatively, a background in rotating equipment (compressors, valves, etc.) with transferable customer bases. The ideal candidate will be mid-career, tenured, and able to hit the ground running. Engineering qualifications are preferred but not required.

Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager Role Responsibilities
- As a Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager, grow business across all market segments by engaging with existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Provide technical application support to refineries, chemical plants, OEMs, and contractors within the territory.
- Act as a technical resource for consulting engineers, contractors, and end users – providing guidance on product selection, application engineering, and troubleshooting.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to maintain business and expand territory sales annually.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fully supported.
- Manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls using company-approved systems.
- Regular travel across Corpus Christi → San Antonio → Austin region (Corpus preferred base).
Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager Requirements
- Proven background as a Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager within industrial pumps (preferred) or related rotating equipment (compressors, valves, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of refinery, chemical, and industrial process industries.
- Mid-career professional able to step into an established territory and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license; TSA or TWIC card eligibility preferred.
