Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager required to join a global, leading manufacturer of innovative ventilation and solar shading solutions.
The successful Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will join an established European manufacturer, taking full ownership of the UK market strategy and sales growth for their Installation division. This is a senior leadership role focused on developing the UK business, managing a sales team, expanding distribution networks, and driving specification-led growth across the residential and building services sectors.
The Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the UK growth strategy, building strong relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders, while working closely with European teams to support continued international expansion.

Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager Role:
- Develop the commercial strategy to grow UK Installation business.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop the UK sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Expand and optimise distribution channels across the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, M&E consultants, developers, architects, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive developments to support continued growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships and increase market penetration within the ventilation and building services sectors.
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver effective sales campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand development activities.
- Collaborate with European colleagues to share best practices and support wider international growth.
Sales Manager / Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager requirements:
- Experience as a Country Manager, Sales Director, Commercial Manager, Head of Sales, or similar senior commercial role.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering business growth strategies.
- Strong background within ventilation, HVAC, building services, construction products, or a related technical sector.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
- Ability to build relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally to European headquarters.
- Full UK driving licence.
