What You’ll Do

Lead the design process from concept to development, turning bold ideas into tangible, buildable realities

Use tools like Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-integrated software to create detailed drawings, visuals, and client presentations

Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate designers, fostering creativity and excellence

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure the best design outcomes, contributing to code and zoning research

Work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment where creativity and execution go hand in hand
What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)

5-8 years of post-graduation experience, with proven expertise in guiding design from concept to development

Proficiency in Rhino and Revit (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is a plus)

Strong visualization skills and the ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly and effectively

Experience across a range of project types, from residential to commercial, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (German language skills are a plus)
