Senior Project Manager

Up to £125,000 + Bonus
A Senior Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in North Finland. This permanent role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full project lifecycle, working with a main contractor on a mission-critical construction environment.
The role is suited to an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally with data centre or mission-critical experience. Various rotation patterns are available, with travel and accommodation support provided.

The Senior Project Manager Role:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept through to completion
- Manage delivery of a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to agreed scope
- Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors and utility providers
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project progress, delivery milestones and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with the main contractor team to ensure successful project execution
Senior Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Main contractor experience within a data centre or mission-critical environment (essential)
- Experience managing complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project leadership and delivery skills
- Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or similar construction delivery role
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
