Field Service Technician / Service Engineer / Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Travel across Charlotte / Fort Mill area to set up, service, and optimize electrical and PLC systems for a variety of industrial equipment.
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, service, and preventive maintenance on products including filtration systems, dust and mist extractors, laser machines, and other industrial equipment.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions to ensure maximum system uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance system functionality, reduce recurring issues, and optimize filters, capturing devices, extraction systems, and other critical components.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline service operations and deliver exceptional customer support.
Field Service Technician / Service Engineer / Service Technician Requirements:
- Experience with electrical systems, PLC control systems, and industrial equipment such as filtration systems, dust and mist extractors, and laser machines is essential.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to perform fault finding and repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Driving license and willingness to travel within the Charlotte / Fort Mill area.
