Field Service Technician / Service Engineer / Compressor Service Technician required to join a growing compressor service company based in Minneapolis, MN.
The Field Service Technician / Service Engineer / Compressor Service Technician will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance on industrial compressors, filtration systems, dust extractors, and other compressed air equipment. The technician will travel across the Minneapolis area and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compressed air systems, with a solid understanding of screw compressors, positive displacement compressors, desiccant dryers, and related pneumatic systems. Experience with mechanical and electrical fault finding and working with rotating equipment is essential. A flexible approach to customer needs and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.

- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance on compressed air systems, filtration systems, dust extractors, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs on screw compressors, vacuum pumps, and desiccant dryers.
- Provide excellent customer service and troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Field Service Technician / Service Engineer / Compressor Service Technician Requirements:
- Experience with compressed air systems, positive displacement compressors, vacuum pumps, and desiccant dryers.
- Ability to perform diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Flexible availability to travel within the Minneapolis area (up to 30 miles).
- Previous experience with screw compressors, rotating equipment, and filtration systems is preferred but not required.
