Join an industry leading automation solution provider selling technology from several worldwide manufacturers. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to expand their presence in the Eau Claire down to La Crosse area in Wisconsin. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industrial automation product selling experience for either a manufacturer or distributor.
Package
Compensation - $90,000 - $100,000 + OTE

Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative Role
- Develop and nurture relationships with engineers, end customers, and OEMs in high-potential industries.
- Travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships.
- Take full ownership of your assigned territory and act with the autonomy of a business owner.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support customers, address service needs, and resolve technical questions.
- Drive brand awareness and ensure our products remain top-of-mind.

- Outstanding communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships.
- Proven technical sales experience within the industrial automation market, selling to engineers and senior management.
- Ability to prospect new business
- A strategic thinker who can identify the right opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Located anywhere between Eau Claire down to La Crosse, Wisconsin.
