Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager will lead the setup and operation of a new branch, shaping a professional and customer-focused store network from the ground up.
The ideal Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager candidate will have proven experience building and managing a HVAC store, strong supplier and customer networks, and the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.

Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the business formation from zero, including supplier selection, store layout, and operational setup
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and long-term partnerships with top heating & plumbing suppliers
- Drive customer development through industry connections to expand the client base
- Oversee warehouse and store management, including storage, logistics, and product flow
- Set up and manage inventory systems, tagging, and stock control processes
- Implement efficient day-to-day store operations and workflows
Store Manager/Branch Manager/Operations Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Operations Manager in the HVAC sector
- Strong industry knowledge with established supplier and customer networks
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems, warehouse management, and store operations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive sales
- Experience building a store or branch from scratch, delivering results under pressure
