Technical Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician is required to join an industry leader.
The Successful Technical Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, resolving issues promptly, and working with the Service Department Team to ensure work is proceeding on schedule, within budget, and according to contract specifications.

Technical Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Schedule and train technicians and sub-contractors.
- Establish service partners within the U.S. to assist with installation and service.
- Communicate with our team internationally for training on the elevator systems to better assist customers and technicians.
- Understand the programming of elevators to aid in troubleshooting.
- Provide technical telephone and remote support for technicians, service partners, and customers.
- Prepare and process training documentation for troubleshooting elevators.
- Work with all departments to ensure profitability of projects and repairs.
- Apply for licenses and permits and schedule inspections as required.
Technical Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Service Technician Requirements:
- A college degree is preferred; Electrical Engineering background is a plus.
- 5+ years of technical service experience in the elevator industry or similar, preferably in industrial applications.
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% across the U.S.
- Based in or easily commutable to League City, TX
