Take the lead on a Hyperscale Data Centre development in Frankfurt! 

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the way on a high-profile data centre in Frankfurt, one of Europe’s fastest-growing hubs for mission-critical facilities. You’ll be at the centre of a complex, technically demanding build, managing all on-site activities and driving delivery from the ground up to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction activities, from groundworks through to commissioning and handover

• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams, acting as the key interface between stakeholders and site operations

• Lead progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular reporting on milestones and KPIs

• Drive best practice in quality assurance, site logistics, and project controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres

• Strong knowledge of German building codes, regulations, and permitting processes

• Excellent leadership and contractor management skills with the ability to motivate and direct multi-disciplinary teams

• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

• Fluent English required; German language skills highly desirable
