An EHS Manager is required to support the delivery of a major data-centre construction project in Dublin. This EHS Manager role will be central to ensuring full compliance with statutory Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, alongside project-specific safety systems and best practice standards.
Working closely with senior project leadership, the EHS Manager will oversee the implementation of structured safety processes across site operations, ensuring risks are proactively managed and a strong safety culture is maintained across all teams and subcontractors.
The EHS Manager will play a key role in monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

The EHS Manager Role:
- Oversee project compliance with the safety management system across all site activities
- Develop and maintain Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans
- Produce and review Health & Safety performance reports and key metrics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and statutory provisions
- Implement and maintain project Environmental, Health & Safety plans
- Support development and review of method statements, risk assessments, SPAs and permit-to-work systems
- Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed out
- Manage COSHH assessments and ensure control measures are effectively implemented
- Lead or support incident and accident investigations and reporting
- Coordinate EHS induction and training programmes for all site personnel
EHS Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS management on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation
- Experience in data-centre or mission-critical construction environments highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage EHS systems across complex sites and subcontractor environments
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting systems
- Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across site teams
