Responsibilities
Oversee technical engagements with key customers, ensuring successful design wins.
Support customer projects with product recommendations during the design-in phase and provide ongoing technical advice.
Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales support to post-sales technical assistance.
Provide hands-on technical support for complex applications and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical strategies for customer accounts.
Lead technical presentations, workshops, and training for customers and partners.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows as directed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Field Applications Engineering or a related technical role.
Strong knowledge of electronic components, board-to-board connectors, and end customer applications.
Experience with circuit design, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis is a plus.
Experience selling to industries such as Aerospace and Medical would be advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel 40-60% domestically and occasionally internationally.
