Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join a leading electrical engineering manufacturer, specialising in UPS systems and critical power equipment.
The successful Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a major key account, with an additional four target accounts within the data centre sector.
The Key Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have a strong account management and/or sales background working in the data centre sector with critical power or facilities experience such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems) and switchgear equipment.
£75,000 - £80,0000 depending on experience

Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
Manage and grow business with existing key account, as well as developing new business opportunities within the data centre sector.
Liaise with major Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems) and critical power customers on a technical level with the data centre sector.
Coordinate internally with fundamental stakeholders such as sales, product marketing, finance, customer service, supply chain, quality, legal.
Responsible for several global accounts in the selected strategic segments.
Define, negotiate and implement frame agreements.
Analyse the data centre market and its evolution, follow up the competitors, and anticipate the trends.
Guarantee the global consistency of the commercial agreements and their implementation.
Willingness to travel France/Italy for quarterly reviews/meetings.
Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a global electrical engineering manufacturer.
Knowledge of the data centre industry/market is essential.
Technical aptitude and/or understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems) and critical power or similar electrical / electronic products is advantageous.
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar within the data centre sector.
HNC/HND, or higher, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe when required.
