The Project Manager/Project Leader/Project Supervisor is required to join a leading regional provider of HVACR and Plumbing services and one of the top three largest mechanical contractors in the nation.
The Project Manager/Project Leader/Project Supervisor will oversee commercial construction projects, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems, managing the full lifecycle from planning through delivery.
An Ideal Project Manager/Project Leader/Project Supervisor will have a minimum 7+ years of commercial construction experience

Project Manager/Project Leader/Project Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of the construction lifecycle from cradle to grave
- Obtain all necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Order required materials, coordinate equipment, and manage change orders
- Supervise Foreman and/or Superintendent and monitor site progress
Project Manager/Project Leader/Project Supervisor Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- At least 2+ years of project management experience preferred
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 highly preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
