Salary: $150,000 base + commissions

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing channel partnerships and customer opportunities.
- Lead strategic sales discussions with major customers and key accounts.
- Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership.
- Oversee and mentor sales teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives.
Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the compressor or related air systems industry.
- 5 to 10 years of experience within compressors, air tools, or rotating equipment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering sales growth strategies in new and existing markets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level partnerships with hands-on sales execution.
- Flexibility to travel across North America as required.
