Electrical Systems Design Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer / Senior Electrical Design Engineer required to join a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered products and customized solutions based in Hampshire

The successful Electrical Systems Design Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Systems Engineer will have experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

Role
Reporting to Line Manager or Head of Design working as part of the design team group
Design and develop electrical circuit diagrams using AutoCAD and AutoCAD electrical
Design switching circuits and controls for both AC and DC motor drives
Produce systems costings
Selection and specifications of circuit breakers, switchers, cabling and fuses
PLC programming using Siemens or Mitsubishi software

Requirements
Experience in a similar position Electrical Systems Design Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Systems Engineer
Experience with both AC and DC circuit design
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is desirable
