An Account Manager/Territory Manager/Sales Manager required to join a leading HVAC company based in Miami.

An Account Manager/Territory Manager/Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting for new accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, developing sales presentations, and following through with each opportunity

An ideal Account Manager/Territory Manager/Sales Manager will be customer-focused, highly organised, financially astute, and capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Package & Location:
$70,000 – $100,000 + commission

Account Manager/Territory Manager/Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients/projects through phone calls, visits, conferences, online research, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Manage accounts through analysis and solution-based sales to maximize growth, volume, and profitability
  • Develop, write, and review client proposals including financial and technical sections using templates and pricing models
  • Achieve sales at defined margin levels to reach market share and revenue targets

Account Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field
  • Relevant technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance environment preferred
  • Strong customer presentation, sales, and financial skills, including cost modelling for proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
