Internal Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer of electronic components near Manchester.

 
The successful Internal Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the strategic management of multiple key accounts and their long-term growth in a B2B environment.
 
Experience within a B2B product environment / technical product, manufacturing, engineering, or an electronics background would be advantageous.
 
Package
£28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of service

Role
Be the key point of contact for customers
Account management
Prepare and own strategic account plans
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions
Work to customer needs and objectives
Provide general account housekeeping and order sample shipments
Responsibility for handling incoming queries and pricing
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Develop new business with existing clients
Hold regular video or face to face reviews
Office based near Manchester
 
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Internal Sales Executive, or similar account management & internal sales experience
Experience within a B2B product / environment, manufacturing, engineering, or an electronics background would be advantageous
