Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + uncapped commission, expected earnings $200,000 +

Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative required to join a highly regarded supplier of machine tools and capital equipment.
Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities in your territory while strengthening relationships with current clients to grow territory presence and increase machine tool sales.
- Manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation to the close of the sale.
- Attend tradeshows and events to increase your network and bring exposure to new machine tools.,
- Meet customers in person, over Teams and over the phone to build relationships and be supported by a fantastic field service team.
Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Prior experience selling CNC machines, machine tools, cutting tools, capital equipment, workholding, automation or similar products or services within the precision manufacturing / precision machining sectors.
- Prior experience managing your own sales pipeline through a CRM system from lead generation to the close of the sale.
- Willing to travel to meet customers in your designated territory.
- Must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin.
